  • How do the one-time purchases work?

    Contract Analysis is $29 and Contract Creation is $49, and each covers one contract. You pay once: no subscription, and no trial that quietly starts billing. Each comes with 10 questions to Louis. You create an account so the report has somewhere to live.

  • What counts as one contract analysis?

    One document, read end to end. Every clause is scored against the Australian law that governs it, and you get one report back. Re-reading the same contract after you've changed it counts as another analysis.

  • What's a Louis credit?

    One question to Louis, our AI contract assistant, and its answer. Contract Analysis and Contract Creation each include 10, and Business includes 100 a month. Unused Business credits don't roll over to the next month.

  • Can I cancel Business?

    Any time, from your dashboard. No lock-in contract, no exit fee. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for. Contract Analysis and Contract Creation are one-time payments, so there's nothing to cancel.

  • What happens if I go over my monthly limit?

    Nothing breaks, and nothing is charged without you asking. You'll be prompted to buy a one-time Contract Analysis or Contract Creation for the extra contract. Your existing contracts and reports stay exactly where they are. More than 100 active contracts? Talk to us.

  • Are the prices GST inclusive?

    Yes. Every price on this page is in Australian dollars with GST included, and you get a tax invoice for each payment.
